Booking and payment
We confirm a booking once we receive the advance or the full amount shown at checkout. We quote rates per night unless we agree a monthly plan in writing.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable. Every guest must present a valid government photo ID at check-in.
Use of the property
We let the apartment or room for the number of guests you declare at booking. We do not permit parties, commercial filming or sub-letting. Any damage beyond normal wear is chargeable at cost.
Liability Under These Terms and Conditions
Divine India Service Apartments & Hotel is not liable for loss of valuables left unattended, or for disruption caused by events outside our control such as power cuts, civic works or weather.
