Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed once the advance or full amount shown at checkout has been received. Rates are quoted per night unless a monthly plan has been agreed in writing.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable. Every guest must present a valid government photo ID at check-in.
Use of the property
The apartment or room is let for the number of guests declared at booking. Parties, commercial filming and sub-letting are not permitted. Any damage beyond normal wear is chargeable at cost.
Liability
Fortune Home Service Apartments & Hotel is not liable for loss of valuables left unattended, or for disruption caused by events outside our control such as power cuts, civic works or weather.
