What is a serviced apartment, exactly?
A fully furnished private home with its own bedroom, living area, kitchen and bathroom, plus hotel-style housekeeping and support. You get the space and independence of an apartment without buying furniture or signing a lease.
What is the minimum stay?
Most apartments book from a single night. Rates drop sharply for weekly and monthly stays, so tell us your dates and we will quote the right plan.
When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can usually be arranged on request, subject to availability.
Can I cancel or change my booking dates?
Yes. Free changes and cancellation are available up to the window shown on each room page; after that a part of the advance is retained.
Is housekeeping included in the stay?
Yes. Rooms are serviced daily and linen is changed twice a week, at no extra charge.
What is included in the apartment?
Air conditioning, a working kitchen, washing machine, television, Wi-Fi, water supply, power backup and all essential utensils and linen.
Do you allow pets?
Pets are allowed at selected properties only. Please confirm with the front desk before you book.
Is parking available at the apartments?
Yes, covered or dedicated parking is available at most properties and is free for guests.

Is there a security deposit required?
A refundable deposit applies to long-term stays only. Nightly bookings need no deposit.
