Free Cancellation Window

For most flexible rates, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. The exact window is shown on your booking confirmation.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or failure to arrive (no-show), may be charged for the first night or the full stay, depending on the rate booked.

Non-Refundable Rates

Some discounted or promotional rates are non-refundable. These are clearly marked at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled or modified for a refund.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider.
